Seems next to impossible to get a questionable film removed. A good example is THE GRAPES OF WRATH. Seems to me that unless MGM or FOX (who-ever released that) totally overlooked that one, it would still be under copyright. You make a vaild point and FOX actually aquired releasing rights to most of the Hammer Films Products. Could be another one of those films that some company believes is in their library through some type of acquition. With all the films that have went from one company to another more then two or three times, whoever has it probably doesn't even know it's in their library.
